Mystic Guest House

Built as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) for the main Mystic residence, this guest house was designed to complement the estate rather than compete with it. While more understated than the primary home, the structure carries the same level of craftsmanship, thoughtful detailing, and timeless coastal character found throughout the property.Inside, vaulted wood-paneled ceilings, exposed oak beams, and a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Natural white oak trim, custom cabinetry, and wide-plank flooring bring richness to the interior while maintaining a clean and comfortable simplicity. Outside, dark siding, black windows, granite retaining walls, and expansive Ipe decking tie the home naturally into the surrounding landscape. The design was intentionally scaled to feel relaxed and approachable while still maintaining the architectural integrity of the overall estate. Constructed entirely by Saint Construction, the ADU reflects our belief that even smaller structures deserve the same care, proportion, and attention to detail as the main home itself.
